Subject: [ferrethealth] Home Blood Glucose testing

I'm wondering where on the ferret's body is the best place to try to
extract a drop of blood to use the Freestyle Flash meter. It requires
the smallest sample of blood of any home testing unit. My vet
suggested NOT to use the pad of the foot, but the other places I've
tried have brought no success, and I don't want to continue to jab at
Neo without more direction.
Also, if anyone is in need of one of these Freestyle Flash meters, I
can provide a link from where I got mine, which was the lowest price I
found on the internet. Just email me privately.
