Sounds similar to my Thor, one of 10 that have had recurrent diarrhea for over 2 years. I almost lost him this summer but he's doing well now. I've been able to keep him stable by feeding Hills Prescription Diet z/d feline. I have to keep it moist for him. He has trouble eating and grinds. After a strong regimine of Prilosec twice a day, small feedings of chicken gravy with ferretone and Nutrical several times a day, Baytril and Amoxy he leveled out. He's been pretty good since mid August. He never has 'good' poops but they are staying at least blobby instead of pure water like he was. Loki has been having pure water for days again. I've put him back on Amoxy and Albon combo and Prilosec. His poops looked good this morning. After a couple of days of Prilosec he stopped grinding his teeth. Thor still does slightly almost every time he eats but not near as bad as this summer. Both boys took a round of throwing up this weekend.I also have been putting a small blob of Activa
yogurt in their gravy once a day and they all get canned pumpkin added to the meals twice a day.

Good luck. This diarrhea thing is the worst thing I've run into and no end in site. Mine have been on about every antibiotic and diarrhea remedy known. I now just stive to maintain them but mine didn't lose weight or appetite except the two boys mentioned during the worst phase of this.
