I have come to know the difference with our ferret Neo, who does have insulinoma. You should get his blood glucose level checked soon. If it is insulinoma, the sooner you can start treatment for him, the better off he'll be.

I've noticed the last couple of days that Oliver has been shaking a
lot. I don't know if it is because I am waking him up and he is just
trying to bring his body temperature back to normal or what. Anyone
have any ideas???
