If you are talking about expressing the bladder, I would say you should
ask your vet to show you. That is after you addressed the adrenal gland
disease and enlarged prostate, either by removing the affected adrenal
gland(s) or by treating both the adrenal gland disease and prostate with
the appropriate medications.
