This all sounds like it could certainly be insulinoma, so you really should get her blood glucose level checked IMMEDIATELY. And it need not be a test after fasting, since if she does have insulinoma, making her go without food will only worsen things. If the vet is 'out of the strips', they sell them at almost any drugstore and many grocery stores. Insulinoma is very common and the peeing could be a result of lack of energy and inability to get out of bed. Of course, her symptoms could all be other things as well, but a blood glucose check to either confirm or rule out insulinoma is the quickest and easiest thing to check first.
