What are chances that he has fallen and has a pinched nerve or damaged
or fractured vertebrae somewhere?
The fact that he doesn't want to move much and when he does or is
moved he goes nuts ( a severe pain signal will make many animals bite
and lash out) makes me think of some sort of spinal disruption.
As simple as it sounds - has his teeth been checked? Any jaw
abnormalities?
Can your vet get an MRI done on him? Or super good radiographs?
Poor guy. Is he eating and drinking on his own?
