What is the "numbing gel" you employ? I like that idea. I assume it
doesn't interfere with the draw. Is it an OTC product?
I'm also curious that it was necessary to do an actual needle draw and
not just a snip of the claw - like is o.k. for ADV tests?
Maybe just that more blood can be drawn via hypodermic than can be
from a pipette?
