Not to rain on your parade, but...

The fact that Amoxicillan and Pepto helped does not
necessarily mean it's not IBD. And the fact that it
DID work may indicate an ulcer which can be a chronic
condition and may lead to IBD. So please make sure you
continue to monitor this ferret closely.
