Subject: [ferrethealth] Andreal disease question
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

Since asking for help a couple of months back (just to recap - I was
asking about the signs associated with andrenal disease esp hair loss
on tail and lower rump)....I was not sure if it was mites or the other
one biting her. I have been applying every couple of days initially
(not anymore of course) a mite solution for small animals...and her
fur has fully grown back (shorter of course as it is still growing).

My new question is - if she does have andrenal disease and still there
is no signs that I can see apart from hair loss, would her fur still
would have grown back. I guess to ask in another way, Her fur has
grown back - is this common in ferrets who have been diagnosed with
andrenal disease?

Thanks for all who reply to this email..

Wendy
