Subject: [ferrethealth] propecia, casodex questions

I'm thinking about trying Mojave on some medicine to see if it is in
fact his prostate that is causing his difficulty urinating. I really
don't want to spend the money on Lupron depot without knowing for
sure if it is his prostate.
Has anyone tried Propecia or casodex for an enlarged prostate? If so,
what were your results? How long did it take for you to see any
improvement?
Which one has the least side effects and what are the pros and cons
of each one?
If I start him on either one will I just be able to stop if I don't
see any improvement or will he have to be on it for the rest of his
life? If I do see improvement, it is alright if I give him the Lupron
shot or do I have to wait awhile for the drug to leave his system?
Is either of these sold over the counter? Finally, what is the
dosage?
