Subject: Re: [ferrethealth] Hello and Insulinoma Question
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

Hi, I just lost my baby boy Pepe to insulinoma. I learned a lot about insulinoma in the last year. I kept him very healthy and happy with gerber stage 2 chicken baby food, nutrical, and the treats that i found for him with no sugar were gerber finger foods fruit puffs. He loved the banana flavored ones. It took a little bit to make him start liking the baby food. But after he did he would do anything for his baby food. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions and good luck with your baby. Anita

Hello,
I am Mom to two ferrets, and Aunt to one. My two are four, and my
boy was recently diagnosed with insulinoma, in the early stages.
Is there anything else I can do to make him have a better chance? I
will take the surgery route when its needed, but for now the vet wants
to go the maintainence route. Are cheweasels or foamy fries okay for
him? They're sugar free, but I'm trying to avoid molassas and natural
sugars, too. Basically, what can I do to keep my boy around
comfortably as long as possible?
