You can't diganose Lymphoma on palpation, so how did he arrive at this
diagnosis?
The only way is thru biopsy and ultrasound guided aspirate of the
spleen (and the later isn't always certain either), so how did he
diagnose Lymphoma?
If there were no hope per him anyway and your choice comes down to the
rainbow bridge, what is the harm in trying, you can let him go on the
table if it is that bad?
Sorry if this sounds blunt but it is how I would handle it. Best of
luck. By the way if it is lymphoma and he is stable enough you could
try some chemo too, it is the most chemo sensitive type of cancer.
