Ask your vets about giving him the liquid prep of Carafate that pharmacies carry. NOTHING I
have ever encountered soothes their stomachs better.

Give it a good amount of time separated from other meds (we usually have a hour between),
and preferably on an empty stomach, waiting at least 10 minutes before you feed.

Typically, we have found the sore or nauseated ferrets get a happily startled look on their
faces about 30 seconds to two minutes afterward and then begin kissing like crazy. It usually
has major "Wow" factor that way.
