One idea is to call a local ferret rescue (hope you have one) and ask them if they'll sit for her while you are gone. Must be up-to-date on shots and some may ask for current ADV test.

I sit for people here, I ask for an adoption fee amt per week, I do not charge per ferret so the more ferrets they have the better deal they get with me, the ferret(s) get play times which they don't always get with professionals and the rescue gets a donation that helps with vet bills, meds and other necessities. I do not usually cage my ferrets, but if an owner prefers that they be caged and allowed 2-3 playtimes per day I'll do that for them. I'm also flexible with fees - the interest is to give ferrets a safe, ferret-friendly place to stay while mom/dad are away.
