Subject: [ferrethealth] RE: Ferret being groomed too much

He certainly could have something going on medically to cause them to do this. Has this behavior just started recently? Sometimes they can tell something's wrong when we can't. It's probably worth having him vet checked and having some bloodwork done to rule out any problems, such as adrenal disease, cancers, etc... Not to scare you.
