I don't believe it would. Since the hormones are elevated, if they were normal
or noted to be interference, or quantity not suffecient that would be a different story. years ago when I had this test run, the lab who run it had someone on that would answer questions and give phone consultations regarding interpreting the results. If your vet is unsure then ask if he can call the lab and ask about the results. But, in your case I really think you have enough clinically to point towards Adrenal Gland Disease.

p.s. The vet who did the Tennessee Panel also said that he's not sure
of just how reliable the resluts were as he wasn't able to get that
much blood and the sample he got wasn't the best.

Does this change the diagnosis?
