One other thing I'd add to the poop chart that I think is related somewhat to the discussion at hand--after switching to Innova Evo ferret kibble, which does not contain any grains, my ferrets' stool has generally been softer and less well-formed than it was on other kibbles which did contain grains. I've heard similar from other owners who feed Innova Evo. It makes sense to me that stool would be softer without indigestible grains binding it together.
