Get them out. Find out what sprays are used then contact an animal
poison control center (Expect a $55 cost.) and find out how long to
wait before returning them.

See if your vet, a vet tech, a friend, family, or an areas ferret
shelter can hold them and have in writing that this is just temporary
boarding. Be sure to include a permission to treat letter in case
any get sick while away.
