Thank you everyone for your help and input regarding Diti's IBD situation. I think I am going to do a food trial with her to see if that helps. I did alot of looking up on the recommended allergen foods, but I'm not very gung ho about their ingredients. Too much carbs in them, so I feel like I am probably replacing one issue (IBD) for another (insulinoma).

The thing that baffles me is that I dont believe she has any higher fat in her diet than average. Maybe it is just too much for her system? The kibbles that she's currently on is between 16% and 21% fat.

Thanks again for everyone's help, I really appreciate this!

Lipase helps in the break down of fat. If she is passing lipid balls then
she has WAY too much fat in her diet and that could be there reason for the
HIGH lipase. I would go to different kibble maybe lower fat.
