It is never possible to be 100% safe. Anything 100% safe
would offer so little exercise that their lives would be
seriously limited from lack of muscularity and obesity,
and they would go bonkers with boredom.
So, we all do our best and when a hazard is found people
share that info, but perfection is not possible.
