At almost 3 months (12 weeks) old it is at least highly unlikely, maybe impossible.

One of the most common causes of lethargy and not eating in a kit is ingestion of something
that never should have been eaten in the first place, causing a GI blockage or a partial
blockage. Most of these tend to not show up on x-ray but sometimes the gas associated
with the blockage does.

Some common culprits with kits include hard fruits or hard veggies, a partially dried fruit
piece that is too large, pieces of toys especially if made from latex or rubber, or cloth, but if
you can think of it and it is small enough there may be a kit out there who ate it.

Blockages require immediate veterinary care.
