Just a quick note: the reason I emphasized the D especially needs to
be under veterinary supervision is because D3 can not only be
underdone; it can also cause problems (hypercalcemia) if overdone.
It's an important nutrient which play s a large role in helping lay
down bone, but people should not design their supplementation of it
on their own.

I know that your kits are under veterinary care, but not all who
breed are as careful on that score and may take an amateur's guidance
on how to supplement which can sometimes create even worse problems.

Anyway, I don't think I worded that well in my most recent post and I
want it to be clear enough.
