Of the three, sarcoptic mange is the easiest to treat, it is a good fit
for the symptoms and it can become more serious if not treated. So
it can be ruled out pretty quickly with a course of Ivermectin.

because it was not found on a skin scrape. If it walks like a duck and
quacks like a duck its probably a duck. The other possibilities are
pretty rare.
