Subject: [ferrethealth] Lupron site injection problem

I injected Mr. Peepers with a 4 month depot, SQ, under the scruff. I
was told this was the common place for it since most people don't like
doing it IM in the leg (as I did my other ferret).
Well, now he has this orangish reddish bump. I am trying to find the
website where a vet was saying this is something that can happen, and
resolves itself, but I can't find it.
Is this something anyone else has experienced? I am in a "no ferret"
state so I can't take him to a good ferret vet, just one that is
willing to see him, but he has no clue either.
