Subject: [ferrethealth] how to find a vet
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

Hi

Over the last month since she started treatment for adrenal disease
pitas fur had improved and the vulva swelling has gone down, (she was
given 1 mg now the vet is saying she should have been given 5 mg,
anyone know what would be the normal dosage?)which is good news but i
still cant find a vet that knows what they are doing with ferrets, so
she can not be operated on. does anyone know if there is a central web
page for listing vets or how to do a search? I live in the canary
islands and need a vets in the islands or mainland spain, as she can
not have a rabies vaccine, i would even pay for a vet to visit me, any
ideas gratefully recieved

Linda
