Subject: [ferrethealth] One eye closing
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

I don't think that this is an emergency, but I have a 6.5 year old
silver mitted female. She has had adrenal surgery with the left
adrenal removed approximately 2 months ago, and has been doing fine.

However, we have been noticing that one of her eyes seems to keep
closing into a squint. It doesn't seem to bother her too much. I have
looked at the eye and it doesn't seem scratched. We have noticed this
over the last couple of weeks, so I am assuming that it is not simply
dirt.

Is it possible that some nerve or something was damaged during
surgery? Has anyone else ever seen this?
