This could be a pyometra infection - which in itself could kill this
challenged ferret. You need to get her to the vet ASAP and get the
infection treated.

It may indeed be secondary to her adrenal condition... but left untreated
it could mean a horrible demise with a nasty nasty infection!

the scab on / near the anus could represent an anal gland infection It
needs to be evaluated by a vet!
