Dear Anita:

First things first - has a bacterial culture of the ear been done?
Swab for ear mites? Smear for yeast? Or are we just throwing
antibiotics at it. Perhaps we have a bacteria that is not sensitive
to the antibiotics in Tri-Otic.

The fact that the eardrum is ruptured and that Sammy's balance is
afected is not a good sign.
