"Give Ozzy to them"
WOW. I dont want to offend but you cant be serious can you?
Ozzy is part of this original group! You can not take him away from his friends!

Some ferrets will never like other ferrets and will never allow another one into their group.
That doesnt make them bad ferrets its just the way it is! If Bear is so afraid he is peeing
then you need to make sure Ozzy can not hurt him. Have your group of 5 out playing with
Bear in his cage. Then let Ozzy go back to his cage and let Bear out with the other 4
ferrets since everyone is ok with him except Ozzy. When you put the ferrets to bed for the
night let Bear sleep with a different ferret except Ozzy each night. 2 groups is not bad
and can be managed. I would not let Ozzy continue to hurt Bear and stress him out. Ozzy
may never like him and unfortunately that is the reality of having ferrets.

You dont want Bear to be afraid of other ferrets since Ozzy is continuing to hurt him and
pick on him. And you surely dont want any medical problem from this behavior.
You could try putting bitter apple on Bear's neck to deter Ozzy from biting him but I have
ferrets that hate other ferrets so much that I could put the worst taking stuff on a neck
and the ferret would still bite the neck. I would not let Bear alone with Ozzy. I have found
that switching bedding and letting them sleep in each others cage didnt help at all but I
know others have had success with these techniques.
