Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: FIGHTING FERRETS!!!!! HELP!!!!
I would never give Ozzy away , he is aprat of my family , & is very well loved . that is not an option at all for me . I got some bitter apple & i am going to tryt hat & the spray bottle thing also . something has to work . If it doesnt than i will just have to keep them apart . like the one lady said , some ferrets just dont get along & that is just the way it is sometimes , just like people , there are some you like , some u love & some you cant stand to be around .
It is just the way it is, I guess the thing that bothered me the most is ozzy is so sweet & to see him react this way was very startling to us & to be quit honest , scared me to death to see him attacking this way .
But i think & hope evrything will be ok, i have been putting them in seperate cages & letting them saell each other for days now since the last fight , they have not been out together again since then .
I will try tomorrow to get them together, this time i will be loaded with water & apple bitter on bears neck, & see how it goes.
hank you all so much for your help , we have had newbies before & he has never acted like this , but ,..... he was alot younger too!!!
