Subject: [ferrethealth] Chronic Diarrhea since begining of July
The last week of June Piper (4y/o)decided to stop eating. She lost 1/5
of her body weight and ended up staying at the hospital for 7 days.
Since she's been home she has refused to eat any kibble and is living
on chicken soup mixed with canned a/d and baby rice cereal.
The blood work and other tests show nothing.
This morning I found her throwing up at 3 AM. I gave her some Pepcid
(RX from her vet) and she went back to sleep.
I'm trying to get her to eat a low residue kibble but she'll have none
of it.
I'm at a lost for what is happening. She didn't get into anything,
there's no obstruction or anything like that.
It seems the only choice is to take a look inside to see what's going
on but until then what can I do to help her?
