Hi Kris
Yes, the dose for Lupron depot once a month is
100 mcg to 500 mcg per month. From your post you
give 500 mcg of the 4 month version, which means
a dose of 125 mcg per month for 4 months. Sure you
can add a second 500 mcg dose to give you 250 mcg
per month. Adding melatonin is another option too.
