I also have a question on this subject please. I was told that since I have
not had my ferrets vaccinated against distemper before and don't know their
history of previous vaccinations since they are all rescues that I should
get the initial distemper shot and then another one in 2 -4 weeks to make
sure their titers are high enough. I am going to start fostering ferrets
that come in from our local animal control and want to make sure they are
all safe. Lots of the ferrets come in as strays. Thanks for any help.
