Yes, Lupron Depot is kept frozen.

When there is a enough call for it vets in some
areas buy it in bulk from the manufacturer, then
mix their own and keep it frozen. As long as there
is an actual need for that much Lupron then that
approach keeps down the cost.

When there is not need for that much Lupron then
it is more reasonable to buy it from places like Professional Arts.
