Subject: [ferrethealth] Update on fighting Ferrets

Just wanted to let you all know, that the new ferret , Bear & my older
blaze < ozzy , are now very good buddies , it has been a long hard
road with this situation but it has finally past . We are so happy
about this hoping that it wasnt going to be a forever thing , it has
been very difficult on all of my babies actually , they are all used
to being out all the time & since we bought the new baby , everyone
has been in cages at different stages of the day , keeping the 2
fighters apart at all times & all cost .
But what we have been doing is everyday putting them out together 1
time a day & letting them scrap, & when the baby had have enough
seperating them again , & now today finally after 1 month of this , NO
more FIGHTING , they are running & playing & duking & having a ball .
no serious injury ever occured , a few bites on the neck of the baby ,
with some wounds , but no bleeding , but i was still putting
antibiotic ointment on his little neck so not to get infected.
So now it is so cute they are sleeping all cuddled up together
after a long morning of PLAY & having so much fun now , the baby still
makes alot of noise , but he is a noisy little thing anyways , he
barks it is sooooooo funny.
Well just wanted to up date all yu great people & let you know it
has all worked itself out & my hubby & i are so happy for it , it has
been rough on all of us to tell you the truth .
