Hi, I have an apology to make - I'm sooooo sorry. Got to looking at your email again and went and got the bottle that I have and the concentration is the opposite (I thought it was the same) I think if I am figuring it right you would be giving your little one about the same as I did mine. Because it is mixed (compounded) it means there is less of the actual meds in the dosage and depending on how and "what with" the mix is, that is where they come up with the dosage I would stick with what your vet says unless you find out different from another vet. A second opinion is always a good thing.
Once again, please accept my apologies and prayers for your little one.
