I felt bad about keeping my Puck in a small cat carrier after his adrenal surgery with his water and food, sleeping and waste area all so close but with constant cleaning and just being there to open the cage door for five minutes in the morning and five at night so the his four brothers and one sister could visit, well after ten days he was just fine. Bruise free and the area of surgery clean and scab free. He went right up the stairs and started to play like he always did! The ten days of confinement recommended highly by a vet are very, very important!
