I'm a little confused. You say your vet already did adrenal surgery
one her? Didn't he/she look around while in there? This is usually
the protical during any abdominal surgery to check the organs for
abnormalities. If she was an incomplete spay, your vet should have
caught this the 1st time.

can also cause swelling. Is there a discharge?

Now her vulva is again swollen. It seemed very rapid. We DO have a vet appointment. I'm looking for advice. I know it could be adrenal again. Could this be an incomplete spay? Is
