You are doing the right thing giving with food, and if there are other reasons to be worried
OR IF THE FERRET HAS A HISTORY OF STOMACH ULCERATION then for that short an amount
of time the vet could instead inject it, or you can get a prescription for the liquid version of
Carafate. You can read about that prep and its concentration, and (IMPORTANT) timing how
