Well, the Omega 3 Fatty Acids in a bit of fish oil
are good for their health, esp. for their kidneys.

Carafate is a med that is taken to settle into
ulcerations of the stomach and esophagus
so not what would be appropriate.

The thing, of course, is first try to FIND THE CAUSE.

Spoiled food, infection, or over-heating are some
that stand out.

Two common GI infections in ferrets are ECE and
coccidia, either of which can cause very bad smelling
diarrhea. Less common are other infections incl
giardia. If your ferrest drink from an aquarium.
pond, etc. then the chances of giardia go up.
