Linoleum is probably the easiest to clean. Also a kitchen tile floor may work but has a joint every 12 inches. Maybe a plain painted wood floor would be an option for you. We have an old house that has painted wood floors on the second floor that are easy to clean and are slide proof. Hope this gives you some ideas.

Is there anything such as a ferret-proof affordable floor? Although my
babies are kinda trained, our recent adoptee is not. We tried to
replace carpet with cork, only to be told cork was about 3 times more
expensive. We're trying to find affordable flooring that is safe for
fert health, cleanable, they can run on and not slide too much, and
that they can't tear up too badly when they dig.

Suggestions?
