Two things come to mind.. One - of course insulinoma, like you think.. and two - except for the drooling I've also seen the staggering and head twist in a ferret w/ severe earmite infection. There's a chance of neurologic trouble, but I would think there would have been other indicators for it to be that.

What time did you feed her? all you need is 3-4 hours for a fasting test - right?
