Pumpkin meat but not the pie filling is suppose to be good for stopping diarreah, but what the heck if the pie filling or just the pumpkin works for passing unwanted digestibles go for it.
I don't see why oil would be any better than the ferret lax. Might be personal opinion.

Hi,
A friend called me the other night because she saw a show on tv
(Discovery, I think) where a ferret had eaten a pencil eraser. The
ferret was given pumpkin pie filling and the eraser passed.
Is pumpkin pie filling better than, say, ferret lax?
I've also been told that olive oil and salmon oil works better than
ferret lax.
Thanks.
