I almost put one of my ferrets on Imuran, but without a biopsy I didnt feel comfortable doing so becuz its such a potent drug. Are you sure its not just the baby food that is causing loose stools, or has he had them even with regular kibble also?
I would feed him more than twice a day, especially since you mention that he is lethargic, if he's not eating kibble on his own. Has the vet done a glucose test to rule out insulinoma?
