Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: Pumpkin Pie filling. Can it pass some blockages?
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

The pumpkin pie filling was used successfully on the Emergency Vets show on the Animal
Planet Channel.

Oils do NOT work for blockages. They do go through pretty unchanged if way too much is
given, but oils take LONGER to digest that other things so giving oils could be
counterproductive. The things that work are NOT digestible like petroleum jelly. Some
people use mineral oil which also is not digestible, but mineral oil can cause painful
cramping so is not the right thing for blockages.
