Hello,
He is going to be getting a BG test today actually. I have tried to
do it myself but he is just too squirmy. He will walk around and even
play if you get him going, but it takes a lot and he speed-bumps a
lot. I am hesitant to do the biopsies because of his kidney failure.
I will discuss it more at the vets today.
You know, since he is on the baby food alone I would expect his poops
to be very soft but these are sooo dark brown/reddish looking. But
funny you should say that, cause I recently have begun supplementing
another ferret with baby food 2x a day (this is how Franklin wound up
not eating kibble anymore, it was originally only meant to help him
gain weight which it did), and now this other ferret has the same
color poops, but they are a bit more formed.
