Subject: [ferrethealth] Megaesophagus
My 6.5 yo Fiona was diagnosed with mega-E yesterday by x-ray/barium. I've done quite a bit of research on this already, since I had a feeling about a month ago we were headed down this path.
My question is, what has been YOUR personal experience on prognosis? My vet said 3 months, give or take. Does that sound right? Any one have one live 6 months or longer?
