Subject: [ferrethealth] Capstar in ferrets
I've had a recent explosion of fleas, even though all my animals have
been treated with Frontline (I wanted Advantage, got Frontline due to
a mix up at the vet). My plan is to get Advantage for everyone, but I
was wondering if Capstar had been used safely in ferrets - I want to
kill all the live fleas and then keep them off with Advantage.
I don't want to do anything that could harm the ferrets, but I really
want to make sure the fleas are gone gone GONE.
Thanks
Rebecca
