Hi Neal, yes she is slightly swollen, I take it she has not been spayed
and is in with a male, if the swelling is getting bigger she is going
into oestrus. If the swelling is going down she is probably already
mated and if it stays the same and the vulva weeps she has an
infection. Better get her checked over by a vet just to make sure she is
all right. Its a funny time to be in heat unless you are below the
equator. Chris.
