I think those pictures look like she may be going into heat. Here are
some pictures of one of my girls when she was in heat:

Leo, does it look like that? If so (and regardless) I would suggest
you get to an experienced vet ASAP and have them take a look at her.
Once a ferret goes into heat you really don't want to delay, you could
be causing harm to the female ferret by waiting. You don't happen to
have any whole male ferrets around do you? If so make sure he is
separated from the girl.
You mentioned that Lori gave the girls hormone injections? From my
experience the injections have worked well, however there is a chance
the injection will not take. Keep in mind the injection is just a
temporary fix, ideally she should be spayed.
